An individual booking can be cancelled and fully refunded up to seven days prior to the booking date. Once a booking falls within seven days of the stay date the property does not permit cancellations, we can amend your arrival and departure dates, Additional fees may apply if change of dates occur. Early Departures – The property provides no refunds if booking plans and dates have change and an early departure occurs. Shortening of Bookings may result in a different nightly rate. The guest will be required to provide the credit card used when booking and corresponding photo ID if required. Bookings may not be honoured if either of these is not available. *Legal Entities accepts Mastercard, Visa and a 1.9% surcharge shall apply for all credit card transactions.
